Responsibilities:  Maintain a safe environment and ensuring all safety standards are met. Oversee construction field operations with supervision and oversight of subcontractors and inspection activities. Working for the Market Lead, the construction manager will coordinate and schedule field activities and resources to complete the scope of work. Must have the ability to forecast construction start and completion dates as well as identify issues that will cause delays.  Will report issues or challenges to the Market Lead and propose solutions to keep projects on track. Overall success of construction projects including meeting project schedules and budget.  Strong construction management, reporting, and budgeting skills will be a must. Identify additional subcontractors to support various construction projects and oversee their quality and schedule.  Understanding the project scope and capabilities and sourcing appropriate local vendors that meet requirements and state licensing requirements. Strong attention to quality construction practices and ensuring timely close out and delivery of the project schedule. Qualifications: 5-7 years field experience as well as a minimum of 2 years management experience. Strong time management, organizational and planning skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in MS Office Products (read and build trackers a must), and Google Earth. Must know how to read and comprehend construction drawings, MOPs and SOWs. Need to be able to create material lists using construction drawings. Must know industry safety standards and regulations and enforce on all construction sites. Ability to work nights, weekends and commit to long term onsite assignments. Willing to work in extreme temperatures, as well as able to stoop, stand, sit and lift equipment up to 70 lbs. Valid driver's license. Certifications: Must have or obtain OSHA 10-hour safety training card (30 hour OSHA course a plus) Must have or obtain First aid and CPR certification Anritsu Site Master Certification Pim Test Certification Fiber test Certification RF Awareness Comtrain

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
