Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Build or update existing forms via Crystal Reports

Create Finance & Insurance forms including formatting images in Photoshop, adding database fields with MS FoxPro, and copying files to customers system

Be a subject matter expert and act as a resource for internal and external customers

Receive and respond to customer requests for assistance via telephone, email or other tools and work with the customers to clearly delineate problems, gathering the information required for problem resolution and escalation if required

Be able to step in and assist any team member

Recognize when a customer needs extra attention or should be moved to an escalated status

Properly document all customers interactions and support activities in Salesforce or incident tracking system of note

Make recommendations regarding policies and departmental position responsibilities

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Requires experience (2-4 years) using Crystal Reports to create forms and/or checks

Experience with T-SQL including queries, joins, and views

Experience with a report development package

Experience analyzing customer needs and translating to technical form requirements

Ability to learn/work with the existing MS Visual FoxPro program template

Ability to analyze customer needs and translate to technical solutions

Basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop CS2 or above and Adobe Acrobat Professional

Understanding and working knowledge of ADAM System or Fusion a plus

Knowledge of the automobile or heavy-duty trucking industry a plus

Previous experience in a position with customer facing responsibilities

Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills are required

Ability to analyze internal processes and make any recommendations to increase quality and efficiency

Ability to handle difficult situations with customers and members of the team

Unquestionable commitment to customer service and the team empathy for the customer and the team supporting the customer and product

Excellent problem-solving skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
