years of Land Surveying CAD experience preferred, including a good foundation in working with points, field notes and sketches.
Prior experience working in the field as a party chief or instrument operator preferred.
Experience doing calculations for construction layout a plus.
Applicants must be able to complete survey drawings from field data import to finish drawings using our standards, take directions and follow up with the PLS to ensure our clients' needs are met.
Experience with boundary determination preferred.
A knowledge of construction staking, note taking, sketching, the ability to work in the field part of the time and good overall computer skills is a plus.
We require that all employees be prompt, reliable, detail orientated, have good work ethics, have a positive attitude, work well with others, and have good communication skills.

Surveys will consist of topographic, boundary, subdivision, ALTA, wetlands and construction layout to determine the locations of natural and man-made features.
Interpret construction plans, perform necessary calculations Duties:
Interprets blueprints/plans/deeds Understand and compute calculations relative to the survey data collected On time and consistent attendance is required Desired Skills:
College or technical courses in mathematics and surveying is preferred Familiar with field procedures for performing boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys.
Must be capable of passing a Drug Test Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
