Follow Beef's steps of service for taking and serving orders.
Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions.
Present guest check and take payment.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Keep station and service areas clean and organized.
Complete duties without constant supervision.
Requirements Minimum age 18 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements.
Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
Ability to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
